Eye hygiene and care awareness is very essential in present day of life. Many recent researches show that, due to lack of awareness, the percentage of incidence of disease is increases highly. Eye awareness includes general hygiene, general protections from UV sun rays, dust and smoke also includes the care and maintenance awareness of body in normal days.


Some Tips to Preserve Your Vision is -

> Be Screensmart - Working at a computer won’t harm your eyes but, sitting staring at a screen for long periods can cause ‘screen fatigue’ – sore, itchy or tire.
